Complaint case:
If you have any objection to the verification decision of our center, please complete the "Complaint and Appeal Form QP-07-01" and submit it to the center within 30 working days from the day after the incident occurred or the day after you received the notification of verification decision. After investigation, a decision will be made and a written reply will be sent to you.

Complaint cases:
If you would like to express your opinions on improving the center's services, administrative management, or other related matters, please inform us of your name, name of the organization you belong to, the target of your complaint, and the content of your complaint, and attach relevant opinions or supporting documents. The center will notify you within 30 days Complaints will be handled within working days and you will be informed of the results of the complaint handling.
